What is Vericraft?
Vericraft is a background verification tool that provides you with a platform to communicate directly with the verifier. Whether you wish to have one employee's background verified or a thousand, Vericraft will let you load in the person's data, which can then be accessed by the verifier. Throughout this process, you can track the verification status of the various checks it supports, such as address, education, employment, court record, drug test, CIBIL, Indian/Global database and much more.
Dashboard
In order to ensure a quick, accurate overview of the entire process, Vericraft is equipped with an informative Dashboard that tracks the total cases entered, how many in process, how many finalized, as well as how many have been stopped for whatever reasons. This extremely user-friendly chart (as shown to the left) provides a quick status overview and direct links to the respective cases. This Dashboard can be accessed by Administrator and Client accounts as well, hence keeping everyone up to date.
Checklist
The Checklist allows you to view each individual's assigned checks, whether it be Address, Education, Employment, Court Record, etc. This comes with a dynamic search option which lets you know which person is assigned with which check as well. These checks are selected at the time of the First Basic Entry. However, these checks can be altered at any time as required. Similar to the Dashboard, the Administrator and Client accounts can have access to this Checklist to ensure the right checks have bee assigned to the Candidate, sometimes avoiding misunderstanding. Both account types are capable of performing the First Basic Entry.
